Today I am writing to ask for your help on an important research project. My SU colleague and CCM Institute c0-founder Edrie Means Weekly and her colleagues Rachelle Fleming, Gwen Korovin, M.D., Linda Carroll, and Wendy LeBorgne are currently conducting an important study on vocal health that will be presented at the Voice Foundation Annual Symposium: Care of the professional voice, this June in Philadelphia, PA. The complete request is pasted below. PLEASE take a moment to help Edrie and her colleagues on this very important and relevant research project. Thank you! ~Matt
Professional voice users,
Vocal Health Care & Referral Practice Survey
We would like to include you in a voluntary research survey to provide insights into current vocal health care and referral practices.
This online survey takes 5-15 minutes to complete (dependent on responses to questions). Responses will be anonymous. The survey will remain open until April 10th.
To access the survey, please click on the link below:
The aim of this survey is to provide insights into current practices related to vocal health care among amateur and professional voice users as well as a better understanding of the role voice educators play in vocal rehabilitation. Results will be presented at the Voice Foundation’s 45th Annual Symposium: Care of the Professional Voice.
To thank you for your time, a $50 prepaid credit card will be given to several randomly selected people who complete the survey. Upon completion of the survey, there will be a separate optional section where you may provide contact information to be entered into the drawing for the credit card. Contact information will not be linked to survey responses.
Thank you for your participation.
